RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Effective Date: January 15, 2026
Thank you for shopping with JustRite4Us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we're here to help.
1. RETURNS
Eligibility: You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Perishable goods
- Personal care items
- Items marked as final sale
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@justrite4us.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days, please:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (it may take time for refunds to post)
- Contact your bank
- If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at contact@justrite4us.com
3. EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at contact@justrite4us.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
4. SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will provide a prepaid return label.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at contact@justrite4us.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged/defective item
- Description of the issue
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
