SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at JustRite4Us. We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time.
1. SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We currently ship only to addresses within the United States (all 50 states).
We do not ship to:
- International addresses
- P.O. Boxes (some items)
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses (some items)

2. PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Please note:
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day
- During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), processing times may be slightly longer
3. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIME
We offer the following shipping options:
Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days
Express Shipping: 5-10 business days (where available)
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on:
- Your location
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- Customs processing (if applicable)
4. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Your delivery address
- The weight and size of your order
- Your selected shipping method
Free Shipping: We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Eligibility and terms will be displayed at checkout.
5. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive:
- A shipping confirmation email
- A tracking number
- A link to track your package
You can track your order by:
- Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
- Logging into your account on our website

6. DELIVERY ISSUES
Lost or Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for packages that are delivered but subsequently lost or stolen. Once the carrier confirms delivery, the shipment is considered complete. We recommend:
- Requesting signature confirmation for valuable orders
- Using a secure delivery location
- Installing security cameras or requesting packages be held at a carrier facility
Damaged Packages:
If your package arrives damaged, please:
- Take photos of the package and damaged items immediately
- Contact us at contact@justrite4us.com within 48 hours
- Include your order number and photos
- Do not discard the packaging until the issue is resolved
We will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Address:
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately at contact@justrite4us.com.
7. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Multiple failed delivery attempts
- Refusal of delivery
We will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
8. CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
As we ship only within the United States, customers will not be charged customs duties or import taxes.
9. HOLIDAYS AND DELAYS
Please note that shipping carriers do not operate on the following holidays:
- New Year's Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
Orders placed around these dates may experience delays.
